Olivier Aries

Olivier is an executive coach, facilitator, and former global management consultant. An expert in the relationship between human behavior and business transformation, he empowers leaders, executive teams, and boards to transcend self-imposed limitations within people and organizations.

Olivier Aries is the co-founder of the Thrive Collective, a firm that acts as a growth catalyst to help leaders achieve more with their people. Most recently, he was VP of Professional Services at the Predictive Index, a behavioral analytics firm.

Prior to the Predictive Index, he was a principal in the Leadership and Transformation practice of Kearney, a global management consulting firm, where he advised Fortune 500 companies to transform organizations and operations to reduce costs and improve performance.

He also built multiple infrastructure practices & operations to scale up the firm, including standing up Kearney’s knowledge management operations, restructuring the firm’s Board governance, developing and leading the firm’s conflict of interest and data confidentiality governance, and building and overseeing Kearney’s global risk, security and crisis management operations.

Olivier is also co-founder of a Pentagon-funded deep tech venture developing autonomous solutions for emergency casualty management on the battlefield.

He is the co-author of a new book to be released in early 2024 under the Worth Books imprint: Line of Sight: Five Keys for Strategic Execution in an Age of Uncertainty.
Olivier holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and lives in Boston and on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

Olivier is a Board member of Community Action Partners, the consulting delivery arm of the Harvard Business School Association of Boston, where he leads teams of HBS Alumni advising non-profit organizations; he also coaches a number of non-profit Executive Directors.
